Pelican Argo 100X EXO

The main addition is behind the seat: an ExoChill 17 L portable cooler bag. The Argo 100X EXO retains the 10-foot length and 28-inch width of the Argo 100X, with an Ergobreeze backrest in this reference configuration.

Lunch comes with you

The ExoChill bag can be packed separately and secured in the rear tankwell. Remove it again when carrying the boat.

Seated support

An adjustable Ergobreeze backrest, a seat cushion and molded footrests form the seating area.

Small-item storage

The cockpit table, bottle holders and front hatch provide places for the essentials that do not need to go in the cooler.

Where it fits

This is the Argo to compare when your day bag includes lunch and drinks. There is no need to choose it just because EXO sounds like a larger model: the published hull dimensions and capacity match the base Argo reference here.

The trade-off

Extra storage does not increase the 275 lb maximum load. Cooler contents still count. Check a loaded cooler for fit and access on land; a compartment behind the seat is not equally convenient for every paddler to reach.
